Experience: Recognized Trainee for D.O.T. under Ministry of Personnel, Govt. of India; Worked as Chef Trainee (Hotel Le Meridean); Done Chef De Partee (Hotel Maurya Sheraton), Lecturer Food Production (Svi Nivas College of Hotel Management, Mangalore); Lecturer-IHM Shimla for 13 years: Sr. Lecturer in IHM Dehradun since its inception in 2006;
Teaching Career has been very satisfying and have continuously upgraded the skills and knowledge by attending about 20 courses and training programmes organized at National level by NCHMCT, Delhi at different places during lecturership in IHM Shimla.
